Mondays
- 16:00 to 18:00 Slot at CityROCK:- Youth Leader to Advanced Level
Tuesdays
- 17:15 to 19:15 Slot at CityROCK:- Youth Leader to Advanced Level
- 17:30 to 19:30 Slot at CityROCK:- Youth Leader to Advanced Level
Thursday
- 17:00 to 19:00 Slot at CityROCK:- Youth Top Rope Advanced to Leader Level
- 16:30 to 18:30 Slot at Bloc 11 Paarden Eiland:- Youth Leader to Advanced Level
Saturday
- 09:00 to 10:00 Slot at CityROCK:- Youth Top Rope Starter to Top Roper Level
- 10:00 to 12:00 Slot at CityROCK:- Introduction to Lead Climbing and Belaying and Climbing Technique
- 10:00 to 12:00 Slot at CityROCK:- Youth Top Rope Advanced to Leader Level
Kindly note the following:
- Coaching does not include the venue membership fees. Anyone receiving coaching from Top Out at any of the venues above would need to contact the facilities directly for payment for use of the facility itself. Think of it as paying your Virgin Active Gym membership and hiring a personal trainer over and above that. To climb at CityROCK or Bloc 11 Gyms, you would need to become a member of either gym and pay the gym directly for use of their facilities. To receive coaching from Top Out, you would need to be a member of Top Out Climbing Club and pay Top Out for the above coaching sessions.
- The Coaching Schedule may change from time-to-time depending on venue, coach or climber availability. Updates will be published to the website and emailed to all members.
- Adult Climbers wishing to be coached are to contact info@topout-climbing.com and we will endeavour to make a plan for you, based on a minimum requirement of 2 students per class.

The Climbing Levels for Coaching Purposes have been designated as follows:

| Leader Intermediate | Climbers who Lead from Grade 23 to 26 | R 170.00 |
| Leader Advanced | Climbers who Lead from Grade 27 to 28 | R 190.00 |
| Leader Performance | Climbers who Lead from Grade 29 and up | R 220.00 |
